Shipping Costs & Methods

All shipping costs are calculated based on your cart quantity, delivery address, and chosen delivery method, such as in-store pickup, MBW and other carriers.

Final shipping charges will be confirmed at the time of booking or checkout before your order is processed.

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Only – Within 7 Days

We do not accept returns for refund. Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Return Requirements

✓Products must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition.
✓Original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
✓Exchange must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
✓We reserve the right to inspect and decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee

For order-in (special order) products, the same 7-day exchange-only policy applies. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on the original purchase price.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward an eligible exchange within the 7-day window, subject to the conditions above.
